Bill Counter

billBill Counter believes a yoga class should be a playful exploration in a non-competitive environment. He has been teaching all levels of students for 17 years and is most influenced by the lyengar and Ashtanga lineages. Before moving to Sacramento, Bill was the owner and principal teacher of Yoga Bhoga in Portland and Yoga Oasis in Tucson.

Cheryl Delgado

cherylCheryl Delgado believes a yoga class should be comfortable, yet challenging. She feels that “Yoga should flow like a dance”. Body alignment is stressed in her classes, as well as correct breath work. Cheryl has been teaching all levels of students for many years. She has been a student of yoga for 15 years, after having danced for 20 years. She has also studied and is certified to teach pilates mat classes.

Demitra Washington

demitraDemitra Washington began practicing Yoga over 10 years ago, is a Holistic Health Practitioner and owner of Health Living, an alternative and complementary natural therapy practice. A KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, she is committed to empowering students to know and be their true selves by creating uplifting class experiences which connect students to the full potential of their whole, healthy being.

Ryan Bandy grew up watching his father do yoga in his living room. He
has been a yoga practitioner for the last 8 years and has spent the
last three years living in a monastery in Carmichael. He believes
that yoga is an important tool for personal transformation and greater
